Done-for-you social media

Done-for-you social media posts that look like you hired an agency.

Creobee makes done-for-you social media posts for small businesses, with software instead of a team. It plans your month, writes every post and caption in your voice, designs them as one professional feed in your logo and colors, and on Autopilot posts them for you. No calls, no briefs to chase and no waiting for drafts: you approve every post before it goes anywhere, and plans start at $19 a month.

First 3 posts free, no card needed. Paste your website and your first posts are written from your real products and prices.

How it works

  1. 01

    Brief it once

Describe your business in a few sentences, the way you would on a first call with a freelancer. It is saved, so there is no weekly briefing and nothing to repeat.

  2. 02

    Approve the look

Your voice suggests one of 5 styles. Keep it or pick another, add your brand color and logo, and choose a grid pattern. A live preview shows how your next nine posts will look.

  3. 03

    Approve the month

Up to 30 posts per batch come back written and designed. Download them, or on Autopilot schedule them to Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok. Nothing goes out without your OK.

A month, handed over

Six posts from a month for an imaginary home organizing service: the kind of mix a good freelancer would plan, with posts that teach, show the work, start a conversation and sell without shouting.

  • EducateHow-to

Clear a kitchen counter in 15 minutes

Set a timer. Take everything off, wipe the counter, then put back only what you use every day. Everything else gets a home in a cupboard or leaves the house. Most people put back far less than they took off, and nobody in the family misses the rest.

  • Behind the scenesDay in the life

One garage, six hours, four trips

8am: everything out on the driveway. 10am: keep, donate, recycle. Noon: shelves up. 2pm: the car fits inside for the first time since spring. The owners did the deciding and we did the lifting and the labels. That split is how every one of our jobs works.

  • EngageFill in the blank

The drawer I avoid opening is ___

Everyone has one. Ours used to be the one with every charger we have ever owned. Tell us yours in the comments, and we will pick three and post a simple plan for each of them next week, with the order we would tackle it in.

  • Social proofObjection

    Is hiring an organizer lazy?

It is the question we hear most, usually in a whisper. You hire someone to cut your hair and do your taxes. Sorting a house you live in every day is skilled work too, and you still make every decision about your own things. We just keep it moving.

  • PromoteWho it's for

For you if the spare room is full

Home organizing for busy families, people moving house and anyone who has tried three times on their own. If you enjoy sorting and just need ideas, follow along for a new tip every week. If you would rather hand it over, send us a message and we will book a call.

  • TimelySeasonal

Before the winter coats come out

The hall closet is the easiest win of the season. Everything that did not get worn last winter goes in one bag, and the rest gets hooks at a height the kids can reach. One afternoon, and the front door opens properly again before the busy months start.

Each headline is designed into its post; the caption goes underneath when you post or schedule it.

What done-for-you social media usually means

Search for done-for-you social media content and you find three kinds of offer. Freelance social media managers take on a monthly retainer: 2026 freelance rate guides put a basic one at $300 to $1,500 a month for 8 to 16 posts on one or two platforms. Done-for-you services sell monthly social media content packages made by a team: as of September 2026, Feedbird and $99 Social both start at $99 a month for 10 posts. And small-business agencies, which Ordinal's pricing guide puts at $2,000 to $5,000 a month for strategy, production and reporting.

All three give you something valuable: a person who thinks about your business. All three also bring the same frictions: briefing someone, waiting for drafts, revision rounds, and a monthly fee that is hard to justify when your whole marketing budget is small.

Software, not people: the four jobs it does

Creobee is not a service with a team behind it. It is software that does four of the jobs a small agency would split between people, and it does them the same way every month:

  • The planner: it plans the month around your goal, mixing 7 content pillars and dozens of post types so the feed has range, and never uses the same headline twice.
  • The copywriter: it writes each post's headline and a caption in your voice, without hollow marketing words, invented reviews or made-up numbers.
  • The designer: it designs every post in one of 5 styles, in your brand color and with your logo, with a layout chosen for its kind of post, laid out as one feed in a grid pattern that holds as you post.
  • The poster, on Autopilot: it schedules and posts to Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok, in grid order, across up to 10 accounts.

You approve every post

Done-for-you should not mean done without you. Every batch comes back as posts you can see individually and as your profile grid, before anything is published. On Solo you download the posts and post them yourself. On Autopilot you choose what to schedule and when, you can change a caption while scheduling, and nothing goes out until you have said yes.

What there is not: revision rounds, or a way to rewrite a single post. If a post is not right for you, leave it out, or make another batch, which uses posts from your month. Because the plan never repeats a headline, a second batch brings new posts rather than rewordings of the first. Leaving a post out does shift your grid pattern by one place from that point on.

Social media packages for small business

Agencies sell social media packages by the month: a number of posts, the platforms they cover and what is included. Here are Creobee's packages set out the same way. Every package includes the planning, the captions and the design. What changes is how many posts you get and whether they are posted for you. It is software, not people: there is no account manager, and you approve every post.

  • Solo, $19 a month: 30 designed posts with captions, about $0.63 a post. You download them and post them yourself.
  • Autopilot, $39 a month: 90 designed posts, about $0.43 a post, scheduled and published for you to Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok, across up to 10 accounts.
  • Pro, $79 a month: 300 designed posts, about $0.26 a post, with 500 scheduled posts a month and up to 15 accounts.
  • In every package: every style and grid pattern, your logo and exact brand color, "Add people", a planned month and a caption for every post. Billed monthly, cancel any time, with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
  • If a month runs long, plan holders can add 30 posts for $15.

Feedbird, $99 Social or a freelancer, side by side

As of September 2026, Feedbird's Social Media Posts plan is $99 a month for 10 custom-designed posts made by its human team, with strategy, captions, hashtags, scheduling and posting to one set of social accounts, and at least two revision rounds. $99 Social's Standard plan is $99 a month for 10 posts on one social channel, written and designed by people, and its larger plans go up to 30 posts for $279. Both are month to month, and both will refund a first month you are not happy with if you ask within 14 days, on their own terms. That is roughly $9 to $10 a post.

A freelance social media manager on a basic retainer charges $300 to $1,500 a month for 8 to 16 posts, according to 2026 freelance rate guides, and usually does more than the posts. Creobee's Autopilot is $39 for 90 posts, about $0.43 each, posted for you.

What the people give you that Creobee does not: someone reading your business, revision rounds, hashtags and a person to call. If that is worth about $10 a post to you, a service is a fair choice. Creobee does not reply to comments, shoot photos or make Reels either, so you still do that part, or keep a person for it.

What a person still does better

An honest comparison has to say where a human wins, and there are real cases. Hire a freelancer or a service instead of, or as well as, software if you need:

  • Photos and video of your actual work, your space and your team. Nobody can generate those honestly, and they are what makes a feed feel like you.
  • Replies to comments and DMs, and someone watching for the message that turns into a customer.
  • Reels, Stories and carousels every week.
  • Strategy calls, monthly reports and someone who knows your numbers.
  • Local judgment: the event down the street, the tone after a hard week in your town.

The human-plus-AI content workflow that works

A month handed over, step by step

A routine that works takes one sitting a month:

  • Pick the goal for the month: get found, be seen as the expert, sell something, or just stay consistent. The mix of posts follows it.
  • Make the batch: up to 30 posts in one go, designed as one feed and continuing last month's grid pattern.
  • Look through it the way you would review a freelancer's drafts, and leave out anything that does not sound like you.
  • On Autopilot, drop the batch onto the calendar and it places one post per posting day, in order. Otherwise, download everything as a ZIP.
  • Watch the weekly rhythm on your dashboard: it counts the posts that actually went live against the target for your goal.

Batching workflows that keep content going

A freelancer or a human service vs Creobee

They cost very different amounts because they do different amounts of the job. Freelance and service prices are as of September 2026; Feedbird's and $99 Social's are from their own sites.

Questions about the done-for-you social media

Straight answers on pricing, posts, and what Creobee does and does not do.

  • No. Creobee is software. Nobody at Creobee writes or designs your posts, and there is no account manager. You describe your business once and the software plans, writes and designs your posts; on Autopilot it also posts them. That is why it costs a fraction of a service, and why photos, video and replies stay with you.

  • Always. Every batch comes back for you to look through first, as single posts and as your profile grid. On Autopilot nothing is published until you schedule it, and you can change a caption while you do. On Solo you download the posts and post them yourself.

  • Cheaper per post, and a different kind of product. As of September 2026, Feedbird is $99 a month for 10 posts made by its human team, with revision rounds, hashtags and posting included. Creobee's Autopilot is $39 a month for 90 posts made by software and posted for you, with no revision rounds and no hashtags. Choose Feedbird if you want people on the job; choose Creobee if you want more posts and the final say.

  • Solo is $19 a month for 30 designed posts, Autopilot is $39 for 90 posts and posts them for you on Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok, and Pro is $79 for 300 posts and up to 15 connected accounts. If you run out mid-month, plan holders can add 30 more posts for $15 from the dashboard, to use before the plan renews. Plans are monthly, with a 7-day money-back guarantee.

  • On Autopilot and Pro: Instagram, Facebook Page, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok. Posts go out in grid order, one per posting day or on the days you choose. Instagram needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

  • It can take over the posts: planning, writing, design and, on Autopilot, posting. It cannot take over the rest of the role: replying to people, filming, running ads, reporting on results or knowing your customers by name. A good split: let it carry the steady posts and keep your own time for the human part.

  • Creobee makes still 4:5 posts: no video or Reels, no carousels yet, no replies to comments or DMs and no analytics. It also does not shoot photos, hold strategy calls or manage several brands from one account. It writes posts in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Turkish, and no other languages.

  • Partly. Every new account gets 3 finished posts free, with no card and no watermark, so you can see your own brand on real posts before paying anything. After that, plans start at $19 a month for 30 posts, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. They are made from your own brief, so you judge real posts for your business, not a demo.
