Best AI Social Media Managers for Small Business

The best AI social media managers for small business, compared: what each makes, whether it posts for you, entry prices as of September 2026 and where it wins.

The best AI social media manager for small business depends on which part of the job you want gone. If you want one tool that writes, designs and posts across many networks, with analytics and an inbox, Ocoya, SocialBee and Apaya are the strongest all-rounders. If you want finished, branded posts with the least effort, Marky, GalilAI and Creobee are built for that. Predis leads on video and ads, Blaze covers your whole marketing, and Hookle is the one with a free plan. Below is a summary table, then each tool with its own price, what it actually does and where it wins.

A note before the table. I build Creobee, an AI social media manager for small business, so read its row with that in mind. I did not run a scored test of these tools and I give no ratings. Every claim about a competitor comes from that vendor's own website as I read it on September 30, 2026. Where a page did not state something, I say so rather than guess. Prices change often; check before you pay.

What an AI social media manager is, and what it is not

"AI social media manager" is a marketing label, not a job description. Every tool here writes posts with a language model. Most also make the image, and most publish to your accounts. Past that they split: some add an inbox for comments and DMs and analytics, which is most of what a human manager does all day; others focus on making the posts and leave the rest to you.

None of them is a person. None of them knows your customers, and none of them decides what your business should say this month without your input. If you are pricing these tools against a hire, how much a social media manager costs has the 2026 numbers for freelancers, agencies and in-house staff.

Bar chart of AI social media manager entry prices a month, billed monthly, from Creobee at $19 to Blaze at $79

The ten tools, one by one

Apaya

Apaya says it "creates your social media posts and branded graphics from your website, photos, and ideas". It reads your website to build a profile of your business, then makes captions, images and carousels in your brand voice, with graphics from your templates, logo and colors. It publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Bluesky and Threads, and Post Autopilot, on every paid plan, schedules and publishes posts at the best times automatically. Analytics and Blog Autopilot come on the Blaze plan.

Spark, the entry plan, is $69 a month or $55 a month billed yearly, for 1 brand and 4 social accounts, with a 3-day trial and no refunds after it ends. Blaze is $129 ($103 yearly) with all accounts.

Where it wins: more networks, website import, carousels and analytics on the higher plan. I compare it with Creobee on the Apaya alternative page.

Sintra Soshie

Sintra sells a team of AI "helpers", and Soshie is the social media one. Its page says it creates ready-to-publish posts and captions, schedules and publishes to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, tracks performance, and sends weekly recaps. The page does not mention image generation or replies to comments.

Soshie alone is $39 a month with 250 credits. The Sintra X bundle of all helpers is $48.50 for one month (listed as $97), $23.60 a month on 3 months and $15.60 a month on 12 months. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Where it wins: if you also want AI help with email, support or a website, the bundle is cheap for what it covers. If you only want social posts, you are buying a generalist.

SocialBee

SocialBee is a full social media management tool first. Its H1 is "Your all-in-one social media management tool", and its AI Copilot builds a strategy with platforms, content categories and a posting schedule, then generates posts, captions, images and hashtags. It publishes to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky and Google Business Profile, has one inbox for replying to comments, mentions and DMs, and makes PDF reports.

Bootstrap is $29 a month or $290 a year for 5 profiles and one user, Accelerate $49 for 10, Pro $99 for 25. Every plan has a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, and there is no free plan. SocialBee also runs ConciergeBee, an in-house agency whose specialists can manage content, video and community management for you.

Where it wins: the inbox and reports. Of the tools here, it comes closest to what a human manager does all day, because you can answer people from it.

Ocoya

Ocoya's H1 is "Social media management. Using AI." It translates copy into any of 37 languages, generates images, carousels and short video, connects to more than 25 channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky among them, plus apps like WordPress), picks posting times, and has a unified inbox for DMs, comments and mentions, plus analytics and automation workflows.

Starter is $29 a month for 1 user, 5 profiles and 300 AI credits. Team is $79 for 5 users, 20 profiles and 1,500 credits. There is a 7-day trial, and yearly billing gives "2 months free".

Where it wins: languages and breadth. A small team posting to many networks in several languages gets the most out of it. Credits limit how much AI output you get each month.

Hookle

Hookle is a social media app for small business owners, on iOS and Android. Its AI writes posts "auto-completed with hashtags and emojis", suggests daily post ideas, and finds matching photos from more than 8 million stock images. It schedules to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Bluesky, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads.

Hookle has a free plan, which its own guide says connects up to three accounts. Its paid plans are priced in the app, and neither its website nor its pricing page showed me a price, so I am not quoting one.

Where it wins: price and simplicity. If you run social from your phone and want to start free, start here. The images are stock photos, not designed brand posts.

Blaze

Blaze's H1 is "Marketing done for you". It covers social posts, blog content, Google and Meta ads, landing pages, replies to reviews, lead follow-up and a content calendar where you review and approve before publishing. Its pricing page says that during the trial, content "will start autoposting if accounts are connected" by day three.

Starter is $79 a month for 3 posting accounts, 600 generation credits and 1 user. Growth is $149 for 10 accounts and 1,500 credits. All-In-One is $999 a month, run by Blaze and a dedicated marketing expert. The trial is 7 days, no card.

Where it wins: breadth, and the option to hand everything to a human team later. It is the most expensive entry plan here, because social media is only part of what it sells.

Marky

Marky's H1 is "Fast, quality content for your socials", and its pitch is "professional, on-brand templates in your voice, not AI slop". It learns your business from your website, then makes posts, AI images and carousels from designer-made templates, and publishes to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business. It can animate a design into a short video.

Solo is $39 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly, for 1 workspace and 3 channels. Growth is $79 ($39 yearly) with reputation management. Your first 30 posts are free with no card, and there is a 7-day refund on any charge. The full breakdown is in Marky AI pricing.

Where it wins: the most generous free start of any tool here, Google Business posting, and carousels. The Marky alternative page puts it next to Creobee.

Predis

Predis now leads with ads: it makes single-image posts, carousels, videos and Reels, UGC-style ads and product ads, with an editor for each. Core is $24 a month billed yearly ($288 a year), shown against a crossed-out $32, with 1,300 credits, which Predis says is about 325 images or 33 videos, for 1 brand and 10 social accounts. Auto-posting starts on Rise, $55 a month billed yearly, where its AI generates up to 2 posts a day for you to review before they go out. Every plan starts with 3 days free and a card, and payments after the trial are non-refundable.

Where it wins: video and ads. If you need Reels and product ads, it does what the design-only tools do not. See the Predis alternative page, or Predis AI alternatives for the wider list.

GalilAI

GalilAI has an English site, plus nine other languages. Its homepage promises "Posts and Reels for Instagram in one click", "Unlimited posts with Artificial Intelligence", designs created automatically with your logo, name and colors, AI captions, a template library, and automatic publishing to Instagram and Facebook, with LinkedIn, X and Pinterest also listed.

On price, the homepage says "Only $9.8". Its pricing page loads the plans in the browser, and I could not read the plan names or the billing period, so check the page yourself before you compare.

Where it wins: the lowest advertised price here, Reels as well as posts, and a site in ten languages.

Creobee

Creobee is mine, so here I stop being neutral. You describe your business once, and it plans a month of posts across content pillars and post formats, writes each one, and designs it as a finished 1080 by 1350 image. The batch is designed as one feed: one of five styles, your brand color and logo, a grid pattern the posts take turns in, and a layout for each kind of post, so a checklist becomes numbered rows and an offer gets a button. The art is a preset background from the library or a photo you upload, with optional stock photos of real people. It generates no AI images. Posts can be written in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or Turkish.

Solo is $19 a month for 30 posts. Autopilot is $39 for 90 posts and publishes the posts you schedule to Instagram, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and TikTok, across up to 10 accounts; the social media on autopilot page explains how. Pro is $79 for 300 posts and up to 15 accounts. Every new account gets its first 3 posts free, no card needed.

Creobee's limits, in its own row, because they matter:

  • No video, Reels, Stories or carousels. Every post is a single 4:5 image.
  • No analytics, and no replies to comments or DMs.
  • No hashtag research.
  • Publishing only on Autopilot and Pro, and Autopilot publishes what you made and scheduled. It does not make new posts by itself, unlike Blaze, whose content starts autoposting once accounts are connected, or Predis's auto-posting on Rise.
  • No free plan beyond the 3 starter posts, which is far less than Marky's 30.
  • It is software, not a person. Nobody reviews your posts but you.

Where it wins: a feed that looks designed as a set, in your brand, with no AI-generated pictures, priced in posts rather than credits, so you know what a month buys.

How to choose

Ask four questions about your own week before you look at feature lists.

Do you need someone to answer people? If comments and DMs bring you customers, pick a tool with an inbox, SocialBee or Ocoya, or budget for a person. Post-making tools will not answer anyone.

Do you need video? Predis, Ocoya and GalilAI make video or Reels. Apaya, Marky and Creobee are mostly still posts, with Marky animating a design.

Do you want it to post without you? Blaze autoposts the content it makes, Predis generates and auto-posts from Rise, and Apaya's Post Autopilot schedules and publishes posts at the best times. Creobee publishes only what you scheduled. If you want to approve every post, that is a feature, not a gap.

What does one finished post cost? Divide the monthly price by the posts you will really publish. On Creobee that is $0.63 a post on Solo and $0.43 on Autopilot. Credit-based tools depend on what you generate, so read how many images or videos the credits buy. For the wider picture, the best AI Instagram post generators list compares post generators, including Canva and Adobe Express.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free AI social media manager?

Hookle has a free plan. Marky gives your first 30 posts free with no card, and Creobee gives your first 3 posts free with no card. The others offer trials: 3 days on Apaya and Predis (Predis takes a card), 7 on Ocoya and Blaze, 14 on SocialBee.

Which AI social media manager is best for a small business?

It depends on the job. For an inbox and reports, SocialBee. For many networks and languages, Ocoya. For template posts from your website with a big free start, Marky. For video and ads, Predis. For all of your marketing, Blaze. For a designed Instagram feed with no AI-generated images, Creobee.

Can an AI social media manager reply to comments and DMs?

SocialBee and Ocoya have a unified inbox where you reply to comments, mentions and DMs from one place. Apaya, Marky, Predis and Creobee do not list replies on the pages I read.

Does an AI social media manager replace hiring a person?

It replaces the posts. A person also answers customers, shoots video and reads the numbers. Many small businesses use software for the weekly posts and hire help for the rest when they need it.

Pick one and run it for a month

Pick the tool that matches the part of the job you most want gone, and run it for one month. Count how many of its posts you published without rewriting them. Above two thirds, it fits. Below half, change the brief first, then the tool.

  • Crumb Club post: "Fresh loaves, delivered Saturday" (offer, Playful style)
  • Crumb Club post: "48 hours for one baguette" (number, Playful style)
Example posts made with Creobee for Crumb Club, a fictional business.

Put it into practice

Turn this into posts designed for your feed

Paste your website. Creobee reads what you sell, then plans, writes and designs your posts about it as one feed in your logo and colors, captions included, and on Autopilot it posts them for you.

First 3 posts free, no card needed. Paste your website and your first posts are written from your real products and prices.
